Important Announcement Regarding Your READYdebit® Platinum Visa® Prepaid Card and READYdebit Visa Prepaid Card

Dear Valued READYdebit® Customer,

The READYdebit Visa Prepaid Card and the READYdebit Platinum Visa Prepaid Card (each, "READYdebit Visa Card") programs are being discontinued. As a result, your READYdebit Visa Card account will be closed March, 2019.Refer below to the specific dates that apply to your READYdebit Visa Card. On, or after the dates specified below, you will no longer be able to use your READYdebit Visa Card, or the services associated with your READYdebit Visa Card. Please read this announcement carefully as it contains important information about your READYdebit Visa Card and your options.

You should spend the remaining balance on your READYdebit Visa Card before the date before the date provided on the right. On and after this date, you will no longer be able to use your READYdebit Visa Card for purchases, ATM withdrawals, or other transactions.



Funds may not be added to your READYdebit Visa Card after the date provided on the right. After this date, you will no longer be able to load funds to your READYdebit Visa Card with cash, direct deposit, money transfers, or any other load methods. You should change any direct deposits and automatic payments you have set up with your READYdebit Visa Card before this date, as they will not be processed after this date.



Any remaining funds in your READYdebit Visa Card account on the date on the right will be mailed to you, at no charge, by check to the address we have on file for your READYdebit Visa Card within forty-five (45) days.If your address has changed, please call 866-295-2460 as soon as possible to update your address.If you do not cash or deposit your check within ninety (90) days of the date the check was issued, you may contact us at the phone number provided at the right to request a replacement check.Please note for Cards starting with 4692, as provided in the Cardholder Agreement, we will not mail a refund check to you if the remaining balance in your READYdebit Visa Card account is $1.00 or less. If you don't cash or deposit your check after a certain period of time, we may be required to report your funds to the regulatory authority in accordance with your state's unclaimed property laws.The available balance remaining in your account is subject to adjustment based on refunds and the outcome of any dispute claims.  If a dispute claim is resolved in your favor on or after the date specified on the right, and a check for the remaining balance was already sent to you, a separate check representing the value of the favorably resolved claim will be mailed to you.





Thank you for being a valued customer. We appreciate your cooperation during this process and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you have additional questions regarding your READYdebit Visa Card closure, please call 866-295-2460 or log in to the READYdebit Visa Card website at for more information and to view the Cardholder Agreement for your READYdebit Visa Card. You will be able to call after the closure date until July 15, 2019, should you have any questions that remain after your READYdebit Visa Card is closed. Please note that the customer service telephone line and the website will not be accessible after July 15, 2019.

Although there is no charge for direct deposit and no monthly fee when you use your card, fees apply to the prepaid card. See your Cardholder Agreement for fees, terms and conditions.
READYdebit does not charge for this service, but standard message and data rates may be applied by your carrier.
